Why Your Baby Wakes Up at 3 AM (And The Fix You Haven't Tried)

There is a myth that babies need " perfect silence " to sleep. Parents tiptoe around the house, watch TV with the volume on 2, and terrify guests who accidentally sneeze. But actually, silence is scary for babies. In the womb, it was loud—about as loud as a vacuum cleaner (swishing fluids, heartbeats).
